Aims : Joint ERS-ESOT course to highlight the current practice guidelines and management recommendations in lung transplantation in terms of patient referral and selection, bridging the time on the waiting list before transplantation, peri-operative management and anaesthesia, post-operative ICU management, and early and late post-transplantation care.
