Clinical guidance on MDR-TB
Registration for this session is additional to the congress registration fee and is €171 on site, €153 standard.
Aims : To bridge the knowledge gap on MDR-TB existing in high income countries frequently causing misdiagnosis and inaccurate treatment and therefore increasing the possibility of MDR-TB transmission; to describe the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools that are currently available in countries with a low TB incidence, including molecular techniques and new anti-TB drugs.
