Dysfunctional protein quality control in paediatric and adult lung diseases
Basic
Aims : To review the molecular mechanisms of the cellular stress response to protein damage, describe the evidence for dysfunctional protein quality control pathways in chronic lung diseases, discuss a common pathomechanism for chronic lung diseases and describe innovative targets for the treatment of chronic lung disease.
