To demonstrate and promote the benefits of proactive interactions between specialists in rare lung diseases in children; to help clinicians from countries that are not currently linked to ChILD-EU; to present difficult cases for expert review; and to increase understanding of ChILD conditions and how interactions between clinical, genetic, radiological, and histopathological specialists can help to reach a diagnosis; to provide a patient's perspective on the ChILD project.
