To learn about the complex multisystem disease Ataxia telangiectasia (A-T) that associates with high early mortality from lung disease; to examine the respiratory aspects of A-T, including chronic infection, bronchiectasis and interstitial lung disease, immunodeficiency, and bulbar dysfunction leading to aspiration syndromes.
