Aims : This symposium will explore the remaining gaps of knowledge in the field of PAH. The current understanding of PAH, as reflected by the guidelines, will be described. Areas of uncertainty, research priority, and opportunities will be presented from the perspective of a clinician, a patient, and a scientist. Finally, a global perspective will be presented.
