Management of pulmonary nodules to prevent lung cancer
Aims : to provide pulmonologists and radiologists with tips to detect solitary pulmonary nodules on (SPN) chest X-rays; to explain how to differentiate benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules on computed tomography scans; to provide guidance for the correct diagnosis of nodular pulmonary patterns and their follow-up in a case-based session.
