Aims : To emphasize on the pulmonologist’s role and highlight puzzling situations in the clinical interpretation of nodules’ radiological patterns in pragmatic clinical practice. At the end of this session the attendees will be able to consider specific aspects in solving puzzling SPNs in their clinical practice, rationalize the diagnostic work up and follow up. Geographic variation has and special patient groups have been included in this presentation.
